The Sounds of the Dolomites: A Unique Musical Experience among the Peaks of the Dolomites

The Dolomites, a UNESCO world heritage site, have always been a place of wonder and amazement. But in addition to their natural beauty, these mountains become the setting for an unparalleled musical event every summer: “The Sounds of the Dolomites”. This festival combines the passion for music with the love for the mountains, offering concerts at high altitude on the most beautiful mountains in the world.

A Music Festival at High Altitude

  • In Trentino, every end of summer, music and nature meet on the natural stages of the Dolomites. Imagine walking up the paths, accompanied by the sounds of nature, until you reach basins, meadows, clearings and peaks. Up there, in the midst of the silence of the mountains, the music begins to play, dialoguing with the landscape, playing with the echo and chasing the gusts of wind. This is the essence of “The Sounds of the Dolomites”.
  • The Dolomites, majestic and thousand-year-old, embody the spirit of the mountains and represent a natural stage for this one-of-a-kind festival. For 28 years, artists and audiences have shared a common path in the scenic space of the High Lands, in a constant dialogue between music and nature.

The 2023 Program

The festival offers a rich program of events every year. For 2023, 17 concerts and a special trek in the nature of the Dolomites are planned. To find out in detail about all the events and guest artists, we invite you to consult the official program on the “I Suoni delle Dolomiti” website.
