The Trentino Guest Card (TGC) gives you many more reasons to book a holiday in Trentino. Already in the booking phase in a Dolomiti Walking Hotels, you will receive your TGC on your smartphone in digital version. This is a pass that makes your holiday simpler and richer, with many advantages for both adults and children.
You will be able, for example, to have our proposals at hand, book entrances and services, and access the main museums, castles and natural parks for free or at a discounted rate. But above all, you will be able to use public transport freely and easily, avoiding traffic and parking, obtain discounts in affiliated facilities and access exclusive services such as guided tours and tastings.
What are the advantages of the Trentino Guess Card?
With the Trentino Guest Card on your smartphone you can, for the entire duration of your holiday:

How do you get it?
It's very simple: to get the Trentino Guest Card all you have to do is book a stay in one of our hotels. The Card in Trentino is always included in the stay proposal, at no additional cost: it will be sent to you directly via email or text message before your arrival from the accommodation facility hosting you (if you don't have a smartphone, you can ask for the card to be printed at check in). The advantages of the Trentino Guest Card are: extended to all members of a group who stay in the same facility, including minors.
How to use the Trentino Guest Card?
Once you have received the invitation to use the Card via email or text message, all you have to do is complete the activation and download the app, available for both Android and iOS.
Using the app you can:
- directly validate tickets to travel on all public transport in Trentino;
- discover all the services included;
- have the digital card available to access museums and many activities;
- create your wishlist,
- book in advance, to access the services with peace of mind without risking queues or surprises. Furthermore, the App will update you on all the news;
- remember all the experiences you have had, comment, leave reviews, etc.
Are you coming to Trentino by public transport?
After booking in one of the affiliated facilities, immediately request the Trentino Guest Card and activate the “Mobility Pass in Trentino for arrival at destination".
The pass includes discount codes to reach Trentino with FlixBus and MarinoBus and allows you, when you are in Trentino, to use public transport for free to reach the place where you will stay (the pass is valid only on the day of arrival and for trips with origin and destination in Trentino and must be shown on the APP or smartphone on board the vehicles).
Then, to continue traveling freely in Trentino for the entire duration of your holiday, all you have to do is use the Trentino Guest Card APP or request the transport card at the facility or at the tourist offices, to be validated on board the buses or in railway stations.
