A high altitude walk to enter the kingdom of the friends of the forest from a perspective that opens onto the Catinaccio, the Bocche and the Lagorai at the edge of the larches of the Paneveggio Park.
A cable car ride up to Le Cune, at 2200 m, for a view of the Dolomites that opens your eyes to happiness. And then a themed trail that teaches about the life of the inhabitants of the forest and the mountains through stories and entertainment that will also transform children into passionate little alpine guides. On the trail of marmots, because it is here that an entire community of these very friendly rodents lives, even in strollers, the trail is all downhill. Recognizing through riddles scattered along the path, and then approaching the burrows, is a bit like getting to know a kingdom otherwise invisible to the eyes. A trail entirely in the forest with an intermediate stop in a large grassy area with even a playground equipped with slackline, Tibetan bridges and a long zip line. That's where Chalet Valbona awaits you for a delicious snack or to taste the typical dishes of the area, before continuing on the path towards Moena.

Children's walk to Alpe Lusia
From the top station of the Le Cune cable car, the "Tana, dolce tana" themed trail starts, which descends without great difficulty, leading back to Valbona. From the arrival point of the second section of the cable car, take trail no. 614, which largely follows the ski slope. Descend into the basin below Mount Viezzena, where the "homes" of a colony of marmots are located. When you reach the fork, follow trail no. 622 on the left. Cross a moraine with monumental trees, bent over by winter avalanches. Once out of the forest, walk through a beautiful Alpine pasture and, near the Malga Pozza stable, join a new stretch of trail in the woods that connects to trail no. 614 ("Troi di Soldai"), before descending and leading back to Valbona.
The Alpe Lusia Animal Trail is marked by intermediate stops with hidden animal statues, games and riddles that offer the opportunity to peek inside the "houses" of the forest friends. The den thus becomes the common thread of an itinerary, suitable for the whole family, that tells stories and curiosities about the local fauna.
Ronchi can be reached from Moena by car or public transport (about 3,5 km).
