The Pradiei are one of the favorite places of families from Val di Non who come here in winter to walk, sled and enjoy the sun.
It is precisely on these meadows that the famous Ciaspolada takes place every year! This itinerary partly follows a stretch of the famous snowshoe race. The track is beaten and is wide enough to have the necessary space to move safely and distanced.

From Fondo, take the asphalt road that leads to the hamlet of Vasio and leave the car near the intersection with the small road that enters towards the meadows. Continue on foot on a short stretch of asphalted road cleared of snow and then take the beaten track on the left that runs alongside the town of Sarnonico.
You then arrive near the road that connects Seio to Sarnonico. Crossing it you immediately arrive at the bicigrill. However, the route does not cross this road but turns to the right, taking you above the town of Vasio. It continues through the meadows in the direction of the characteristic church of "Madonna Brusada" and here it turns left to reach a small panoramic hill.
From the hill, continue straight on, passing under the helicopter rescue stand and returning to the starting point.
You can leave your car near the small forest.
There are no difficulties or dangers along this route.
Normal trekking boots or crampons in case the snow is frozen.
