Cima Campantich on skis

Beautiful climb to Cima Campantich, from where you can enjoy a 360° panorama of the Brenta Dolomites, Cima Carè Alto and the entire Val di Breguzzo

Ski mountaineering route that leads from Le Sole to Cima Campantich (2138 m). By car, from Bondo or Breguzzo you travel along the Val di Breguzzo up to Limes, and as soon as you pass the refuge of the same name you turn right taking the locality “Le Sole” (1400 m) as an indication. From this location the climb begins which leads to Malga Lodranega (1658 m). From the hut continue to the right on the forest road up to Malga Campantich (1849 m). The climb continues north-west aiming for the final ridge which leads briefly to the summit. From here the view extends from Carè Alto to the Brenta Dolomites. The descent can be carried out along the same ascent itinerary, or at the height of Malga Campantich, you go straight down into the woods avoiding passing through Malga Lodranega again.
