Hiking with the views of Pasubio

The ascent to Cima Carega, an imposing limestone-dolomitic massif whose spurs dominate Vallagarina on the southern border of Trentino, offers hiking enthusiasts great satisfaction both from a landscape and an athletic point of view.

From Passo Pian delle Fugazze proceed through a suggestive beech forest along the “Strada delle Sette Fontane” to the Campogrosso Pass. The itinerary climbs gradually halfway up the coast crossing wide scree until it crosses the Boale dei Fondi, where the steeper section begins, leading to the homonymous Bocchetta. Once you arrive at the Fraccaroli refuge, just below Cima Carega, you will enjoy an wonderful panorama that opens up both on the Pasubio, but also on the entire valley.
