We want to be the point of reference for lovers of outdoor activities who wish to completely immerse themselves in the beauty of the Dolomites at the slow pace of your steps embracing the habits and customs of the Trentino area.

The Dolomiti Walking Hotels since 2009 I am an excellent spokesperson for the sustainable tourism from the postural environmental, social and economic thanks to the regulations filed with the Autonomous Province of Trento.

We can define ourselves as sustainable in our DNA, as we have always promoted:

  • Walking excursions which do not require the use of heavy vehicles for travel.
  • Support at community of residents through the purchase of local products .
  • Support and transmission of local culture through Trentino Guest Card.
  • A type of slow tourism and in full harmony and respect for the rhythms of nature

Quality assurance

All our hotels participate to quality assurance filed with the autonomous province of Trento. We have signed an agreement which embraces our philosophy and guarantees our visitors some excellent services:

A hiker's paradise

  • We hoteliers have always lived in our mountains and are happy to provide directions and useful information on the paths to follow, on places to visit, on the existence of sports and equipment shops, of mountaineering schools, of cable cars e shelters in the area, on the organization of local events.

  • We hoteliers guarantee our guests the organization of at least one weekly excursion included in the price of the stay.

  • Our Dolomiti Walking Hotels have a library with books and magazines which described the Trentino area and can be consulted by guests.

  • We offer guests the opportunity to rent, free of charge or with deposit, backpacks, mountain poles, water bottles, kway.

  • Our receptions inform you of the possibility of using paid transfers to and from airports, stations and excursions.

  • Our restaurants use local products at km0 . Breakfast is served with a rich traditional sweet and savory buffet. Dinner offers you typical dishes, vegetarian specialties and dietary cuisine. The wine list also provides Trentino labels of wine and grappa. 

Respect for the environment

  • We adopt green forms of energy

  • We use detergents, detergents and disinfectants carefully.​

  • We raise customer awareness of environmental issues with messages in the rooms and bathrooms inviting them to limit the request for towel changes and encourage saving water and electricity.​

  • We support alternative mobility by informing customers about the existence of public transport and promoting the use of bicycles.​

  • Our excursions involve moving in a green way.

The Trentino Guest Card offers you many ways to discover and fully experience the Trentino area. 

Through the Trentino Guest Card you can, for example, book entrances and services and access for free or at a discounted rate to the main museums, castles and natural parks throughout the Trentino area.

How to gets the Trentino Guest Card

To get the Trentino Guest Card book a stay in one of the partner hotels. The Trentino Guest Card is always included in the stay proposal, at no additional cost: a code to activate it will be sent to you via email or text message by the hotel hosting you.
